Land Acquisition – PBC/MRC, Kadapa – Simhadripuram Mandal – Balapanur  village –  Acquisition of lands for formation of Kovaramguttapalli Tank in foreshore area Package No. 93-A under Pulivendula Branch Canal  Preliminary Notification and Declaration were published to an extent of Ac. 44.79 cents of  patta lands and the Declaration is going to lapsed on 08.03.2020 – Award could not be passed –  Requested for extension of time for a period of Six  months U/s 25 of the RFCT LARR Act, 2013 – Justification report – Submitted – Orders – Issued.
