On the requisition filed by the Requisition Department in the Form A(1), in accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10(A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2O13 in its application to the state of Andhra Pradesh the Government hereby, in the public interest exempt for “Formation of reservoir across Kundu River on upstream side of existing Rajoli anicut for a total storage capacity of 2.95 TMC of water” under Telugu Ganga Project from the application of provisions of the Chapter-ll and Chapter- III of the Act. It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum an extent of Ac.7716.72 cents land required for the said project is hereby approved

Land Acquisition – GNSS, Unit-III, Muddanur – Bukkapatnam, P.Ananthapuram Villages, Kondapuram  (M)  and D.Brahmanapalli Villalge of Muddanur Mandal for submersion under foreshore area under Gandikota Reservoir  – Preliminary Notification and Declaration proposals published to an extent of Ac. 47.05 Acres of Patta and DKT land and the Declaration  is going to be lapsed on 08.10.2019 – Award could not be passed – Requested for extension of time for a period of twelve months (08.10.2019 to 08.10.2020) U/s 25 of the RFCTLARR Act-2013 – Justification report – Submitted –  Orders – Issued.
