Land Acquisition –PBC/MRC, Kadapa – Rajoli village(Reach-II)village of Chagalamarri Mandal,Kurnool District– Acquisition of total Extent: Ac. 69.42 cents of land in Survey No.39/1, 40, 41/1 etc., – Proposed for formation of Rajoli reservoir across the kundu river on the upstream side of existing anicut for total storage capasity of 2.95 TMC of water under  TGP project– Preliminary Notification proposals – Approved – Orders – Issued.

Land Acquisition –GNSS Unit-II,Kadapa – Lingala &Alidena villages of V.N.Palli Mandal– Acquisition of total Extent: Ac. 23.04centsof land in Survey No.565/1B ,38/1A etc., – Proposed for excavation of   Right Main Canal   of Sarvarayasagar  Reservoir in Phase-I  of Package -II under GNSS , project-Preliminary Notification Praposals. – Approved – Orders – Issued.

Land Acquisition –GNSS Unit-II,Kadapa – U.Rajupalem village of V.N.Palli Mandal– Acquisition of total Extent: Ac. 31.54 centsof land in Survey No.4/B,12/B,12/2 etc., – Proposed for excavation of Main Canal  from km.66.550 to km.68.300 including  construction of CM&CD  Works  Phase-II ,Package -II under GNSS , project-Declaration Praposals. – Approved – Orders – Issued.

On the requisition filed by the Requisition Department in the Form A(1), in accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10(A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2O13 in its application to the state of Andhra Pradesh the Government hereby, in the public interest exempt for “Formation of reservoir across Kundu River on upstream side of existing Rajoli anicut for a total storage capacity of 2.95 TMC of water” under Telugu Ganga Project from the application of provisions of the Chapter-ll and Chapter- III of the Act. It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum an extent of Ac.7716.72 cents land required for the said project is hereby approved
