Land Acquisition –GNSS Unit-II,Kadapa – U.Rajupalem village of V.N.Palli Mandal– Acquisition of total Extent: Ac. 31.54 centsof land in Survey No.4/B,12/B,12/2 etc., – Proposed for excavation of Main Canal  from km.66.550 to km.68.300 including  construction of CM&CD  Works  Phase-II ,Package -II under GNSS , project-Declaration Praposals. – Approved – Orders – Issued.

On the requisition filed by the Requisition Department in the Form A(1), in accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10(A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2O13 in its application to the state of Andhra Pradesh the Government hereby, in the public interest exempt for “Formation of reservoir across Kundu River on upstream side of existing Rajoli anicut for a total storage capacity of 2.95 TMC of water” under Telugu Ganga Project from the application of provisions of the Chapter-ll and Chapter- III of the Act. It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum an extent of Ac.7716.72 cents land required for the said project is hereby approved

and Acquisition –GNSS Unit-III,Muddanur – Gotluru village of Chagalamarri Mandal,Kurnool District– Acquisition of total Extent: Ac. 203.81 cents of land in Survey No.386/1,387/1 etc., – Proposed for formation of Rajoli reservoir across the kundu river on the upstream side of existing anicut for total storage capacity of 2.95 TMC of water under  TGP project– Preliminary Notification proposals – Approved – Orders – Issued.

Land Acquisition – TGP Unit–II, Kadapa – Sibyala  Village of Rayachoty Mandal – Acquisition of total Extent: Ac. 12.84 cents of land in Survey No. 98/2, 133/2 etc., – Proposed for acquisition for excavation of 3L Minor on 5L Branch Canal from KM 0.000 to KM 1.725 on Right Main Canal under Sreenivasapuram Reservoir – Declaration proposals – Approved – Orders – Issued.

Land Acquisition – GNSS Unit-III, Muddanur – Acquisition of lands in Mangapatnam and Chinthakunta Villages of Muddanur Mandal for construction of GNSS Main Canal at 0.000 Kms to 5.500 Kms and from Km 9.00 to 23.926 Km in Mangapatnam and Chinthakunta Villages of Muddanur Mandal respectively and for permanent diversion of Broad guage line between Muddanur and Regadipalli stations due to submergence at Obulapuram Village of Muddanur Mandal – Preliminary Notification to an extent of AC.2.78 cents was Published and going to be lapsed on 13.07.2018 – Enquiry U/s 16 could not be completed – Requested for extension of time for a period of twelve months (13.07.2019 to 13.07.2020) U/s 19(7) of the RFCT LARR Act, 2013 – Justification report – Submitted – Regarding.
