  • The District Scheduled Castes Service Coop. Society Ltd., Kadapa – YSR District was set up in the year 1974.

Objectives

  • To provide financial assistance for creation of income generating assets to the poor Scheduled Castes households for their Socio & Economic Development.
  • To offer training programmers for skill up-gradation leading to self/ wage employment.
  • To plug critical gaps of finance in economic support schemes.

ECONOMIC SUPPORT SCHEMES – Implementation Guidelines

Eligibility Criteria::

  • Age of the beneficiaries 21 to 50 years
  • White Ration Card, Aadhar Card
  • Meeseva – Caste Certificate
  • All applications under all schemes/ Sectors shall be registered through the Online in OBMMS (Beneficiary Management and Monitoring System) Portal www.apobmms.cgg.gov.in
  • Backend subsidy under Bank- Linked Schemes is being implemented from the year 2015-16.
  • Geo- tagging of the grounded units.

1.Bank linked Schemes ::

a) ISB Sector

  •       Category –   I            – up to Rs.3.00 lakhs.
  •       Category –  II           – Rs.3.01 to Rs.5.00 lakhs.
  •       Category – III          – Rs.5.01 to Rs.10.00 lakhs.

Group Loans

ISB Group (5 to 10 members)   –   Rs.5.01 to Rs.10.00 lakhs.

SHG Group (5 to 10 members)  –   Rs.5.01 to Rs.10.00 lakhs.

b) Animal Husbandry Sector:

    • Graded Murrah Buffaloes (2 Animals)                      .. Rs.1.21 lakhs
    • Cross Breed Cows (2 Animals)                                    .. Rs.1.00 lakh
    • Sheep Unit ( 20+1)                                                        .. Rs.1.00 lakh
    • Mini Dairy (2 Animals) for Group                             .. Rs.4.00 lakh
    • Pregnant Heifer Scheme                                              .. Rs.2.50 lakh

2. MINOR IRRIGATION ::

a) Borewells with Submersible Pumpset :

b) Submersible Pumpsets to Borewells (7.5HP)

Eligibility ::

1. No age limit

2. SC Farmers have 2.00 acres DKT or Patta land are eligible

3. GWD – WALTA Act lands are not eligible

4. Sites within the distance of 3 poles may be preferred.

c. Energization :

ii. ORC Line Laying charges  :

Funding Pattern

Unit Cost             ::        Rs.80,000/- Corp. Subsidy              ::   100%

3. Land Purchase Scheme

1. Each identified beneficiary shall be eligible for 3 acres dry land up to Rs.9.00 lakhs

2. 2.00 acres single crop wet land up to Rs.12.00 lakhs

3. 1.00 acre double crop wet land up to Rs.15.00 lakhs.

Funding Pattern  ::

Total Unit Cost        ::     Rs.15.00 lakhs or Actual land cost.

Subsidy                     ::     75% of the unit cost

Loan                          ::     25% ( Loan from SC Corporation and NSFDC ) with 6% Interest

Eligibility:

The beneficiary shall not be below 18 years and above 50 years of age.

  • Only Landless Agricultural Women Labourers of SC Households who do not own or posses any land are eligible.
  • Only married woman are eligible.
  • Annual Income is less than Rs.98,000/- (Rural), Rs.1,20,000/- (Urban) shall be eligible.

4. Land Development Scheme

  • Government assigned and wastelands and also lands distributed under LPS required development shall be taken up for Development
  • All the proposals are be sent to the MPDOs for further action as per NREGS norms.

Unit Cost        ::     Rs.25,000/- ( Limited to Rs.2.50 acres )

Subsidy          ::     100% Subsidy.

5. NSFDC

a. Laghu Vyavasaayayojana

Unit Cost                              :: Rs.1.00 lakhs to Rs.3.00 lakhs

b. Self Employment Project through Appraisal – I

Unit Cost                              :: Rs.3.01 lakhs to Rs.5.00 lakhs

Eligibility Criteria ::

    •  Minimum Education Qualification – SSC Pass or fail
    •  Age of the beneficiaries 18 to 50 years
    •  Annual Income below double poverty line ( Rs.98,000/- in rural areas and Rs.1.20 lakhs in urban areas )
    • Beneficiaries with loan outstanding are not eligible under the scheme
    • White Ration Card, Aadhar Card, Meeseva – Caste Certificate
    • Detailed Project report submitted by the beneficiary.

Transport Sector

a) Bolero                          ..     Rs.7.50   lakhs to Rs.10.00 lakhs.

b) Innova Car                 ..     Rs.15.00 lakhs to Rs.20.00 lakhs.

c) Swift Dezier               ..     Rs.7.50    lakhs to Rs.10.00 lakhs.

d) Tayoto Etios              ..     Rs.7.50   lakhs to Rs.10.00 lakhs.

e) Trucks                         ..     Rs.25.00 lakhs to Rs.30.00 lakhs.

  •      Minimum Education Qualification –  SSC Pass or fail
  •      Age of the beneficiaries 18 to 50 years
  •      Annual Income below double poverty line ( Rs.98,000/- in rural areas and Rs.1.20 lakhs in urban areas )
  •      Permanent Driving Licence under Transport Sector with Badge Number.

6. NSKFDC

a. Laghu Vyavasaayayojana

Unit Cost                              :: Rs.1.00 lakhs to Rs.3.00 lakhs

b. Self Employment Project through Appraisal – I

Unit Cost                              :: Rs.3.01 lakhs to Rs.5.00 lakhs

Eligibility Criteria ::

a. Minimum Education Qualification – SSC Pass or fail

b. Age of the beneficiaries 18 to 50 years

c. Annual Income below double poverty line ( Rs.98,000/- in rural areas and Rs.1.20 lakhs in urban areas )

d. Beneficiaries with loan outstanding are not eligible under the scheme

e. White Ration Card, Aadhar Card, Meeseva – Caste Certificate

f. Detailed Project report submitted by the beneficiary

g. Scavenger and Safaikarmacharies certificate from Municipal Commissioner/Panchayat Secretary.

h. Applications under NSKFDC Sector / Schemes shall be registered through the Online in OBMMS ( Beneficiary Management and Monitoring System ).
